Are they trying to say “Clubber is in Singapore” or “Clubbers are in Singapore” or even… “Clubber’s Inn, Singapore”

Clubber-is would technically contract(ion) into Clubber’s, but it just doesn’t look right. (Though I could be over analyzing this and I could also be wrong.)
